Processing & Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.
Shipping Time
- Estimated transit time: 1-2 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and courier delays.
Order Cutoff Time
- Orders placed before 11:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated on our website when available.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
